Oh my Goodness, this is exciting

Inspired!

I've been working on dialing out the perfect real-food menu item to feature local producers, who are also at market, to go with the GoodnessTea drinks and sweets we have at our booth.
Found it.
Ready?
GoodnessTacos!
At market late springish, get ready for it!

Tortillas will be made with Nash's Organic produce, peninsula grown corn flour, oats and buckwheat.

Topped with market veggies, Jose's famous salsa, chorizo from Pacific Pantry, pork from Clark farms or local seasonal fish, as available at market.. Hope to source a good local cheese, or maybe eventually add some to what I can produce at my facility too!

Yes! I've always secretly envied the taco stand people, why not a tea and taco cart? With coffee and epic fudgy superfood chacalátes to go with? It goes... Olympic Peninsula style! Rockin' the PNW- yes!

Come to the Port Angeles farmers market this April and try it out!

(This picture is from where teach at the homeschool program we are involved in- and last week tried out en masse the tortilla recipe I have been working on, using normal grocery store accessible versions of the flours, served with a Mexican cheese blend and salsa fresca.)

¡Que bueno!
