MatchaMega ~ Organic matcha happily blended with rhodiola rosea and cardamom for a delightful and healthful treat. Oh my Goodness, this is exciting

Inspired! I've been working on dialing out the perfect real-food menu item to feature local producers, who are also at market, to go with the GoodnessTea drinks and sweets we have at our booth. Found it. Ready? GoodnessTacos! At market late springish, get ready for it! Tortillas will be made with Nash's Organic produce, peninsula grown corn flour, oats and buckwheat. Topped with market veggies, Jose's famous salsa, chorizo from Pacific Pantry, pork from Clark farms or local seasonal fish, as available at market.. Hope to source a good local cheese, or maybe eventually add some to what I can produce at my facility too! Yes! I've always secretly envied the taco stand people, why not a tea and taco cart? With coffee and epic fudgy superfood chacalátes to go with? It goes... Olympic Peninsula style! Rockin' the PNW- yes! Come to the Port Angeles farmers market this April and try it out! ( This picture is from where teach at the homeschool program we are involved in- and

Getting closer

We have secured an even shmancier processing facility in Sequim- having our amazing tea, coffee and InPowerators availar in stores and online by the first of Spring is looking more feasible every day. Hope to see you at farmers' this weekend for a drink or some delicious market fare.

A Personal Note

It dawned upon me while walking that I have lived on this road for almost 9 years and have had tea with only one neighbor- though I have talked to more than that- and that I ought invite at least one of them over or out to speak of the goodness in our lives on some sort of basis, week.month.quarter, not sure what I will be up for in reality, but then do it! So with this resolve for myself, I will use my business as a platform to encourage you all to do the same: Invite a neighbor over or out for a cup of tea to share about the goodness in your lives- we can all find it somewhere, in some way, if we look.  Let’s start looking and talking about it; I bet if we all knew the goodness our neighbors could see the world would be a better place. Anyone want to share your GoodnessTeaTime conversations? Doesn’t have to my my tea, any tea or drink made with love will have extra goodness in it : ) I bought goodness.community for some unknown reason a few days ago, maybe this is that reason.

Goodness Eats

Starting this Saturday we will offer food beyond my epic cacao creations! Our philosophy goes I’ll make whatever Super Mega Tasty Goodness I can with what ingredients the other vendors have for me that day. In time we will have one menu item that features each of the other vendors at the market. 2/7 look for: - PNW sushi with quinoa, locally caught/ canned fish and peninsula grown carrots - Nash’s veggies done up with ginger and honey atop polenta made from their fantastic field corn, grown right next door in sunny Sequim. It will be good to see you!

1 2 3 - GO!

Processing Facility application in the mail today! I also ordered shirts to make GTForeverCouponGear and quality organics from Mountain Rose Herbs to use in our teas and Super Mega Cacao Creations! Wohoo, spring store-launch here we come- it’s good to have big goals and goodness’ grace to achieve them!
